The Tenth of July 2020 is an illuminated and memorable day in the historical pages as it has united the efforts of our Ex-Students to officially register “The St. Mary’s Alumni Association ‘’under the umbrella of St. Mary’s Senior Secondary School Ujjain. Glories, laurels, achievements, excellence in treasures of knowledge and skills of the Alumni is starred globally. The Alma Mater takes pride and acknowledges God in proud moments of feat.
The Biblical Letter of St. Paul to 1 Corinthians 3:9,16. Says’’ For we are partners working together for God, and you are God’s field. You are also God’s building. ‘’ Surely you know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit lives in you! May all Alumni associate to work as a team combining the distinct talents , backgrounds ,from a pool of diverse individuals, appreciate the gifts that each one brings to contribute towards humanitarian welfare and for the good of the other. Hundreds of fibers connect us with one another, urging one towards collective vision and team work for its reality.
George Burton Adams inspires us through his words “We are made up of thousands of others. Everyone who has done a kind deed for us , or spoken the word of encouragement to us, has entered into the make-up of our character and of our thoughts as well as our success. ”In all the endeavours of the Alumni association radiate the Marian spirit of service, compassion, collaboration, truth , harmony and live up to the motto of the school,’’ Let Your Light Shine’’

It gives me great joy to know that the Ex-students of St. Mary’s Convent Sr. Sec. School have formed a website to sustain the bond with their Alma Mater. I appreciate this first challenging step to reconnect the Ex-students of SMA.
Dear Alumni, St. Mary’s is one of the renowned institutions in Ujjain, be it academic or sports, cultural activities or dedicated service, and you are the evidence of it. Your desire to excel in every field has brought honour to this establishment. You have been privileged to pass through its classrooms and play grounds, in the learning and values you acquired. Ex-St. Marians adorn great position and render great service to the country, bearing testimony to quality education that is imparted here. You are a powerful resource for the institution. Thousands of students like you share core values – a commitment to service, a passionate belief to exploit all opportunities at hand to make a positive difference that unites and bonds us. As alumni you have been enthusiastic in your support for bringing our shared values to life. We will put your support to work in ways that will continue to make you proud of this institution.
I would like to praise the multiple roles played by you in the society. Many of you hold the key positions of major influence in the society; I would like to appreciate the efforts being made for the development of our society and your keen participation as well as the support you have always extended towards your Alma Mater.
I believe that St. Mary’s Convent Sr. Sec. School prepares her children to take their rightful place in the society as responsible, productive and useful members. Sparkle and radiate the values you have imbibed from your school. On behalf of my predecessors, I wish you all the best for your endeavour.
